My Fertility Factor 5 Review – Boost Your Fertility in 90 Days

My fertility journey has been a long one, and I wanted to share my story publicly as most online information about infertility tends to focus more on the women.  Read on for my story as well as my Fertility Factor 5 review to learn about what finally worked for me.

My Male Fertility Story & VigRx Fertility Factor 5 Review

It’s been a stressful, exhausting, and very expensive few years for my wife and me. Before getting married, we discussed having a family together, and we were both on board with the idea. Fast forward a couple of years; we had an active sex life together, yet we were still not conceiving. It was time to start getting serious about it. I stopped drinking and smoking pot, both of which I had read were bad for sperm health. We also tracked her ovulation, making sure we took full advantage of her most fertile week of the month. After another year of trying, still nothing.

I hate to admit that I assumed it was her fault at first. Well it wasn’t, as I was about to learn on my first trip to my general practitioner. Apparently, in couples unable to conceive, male infertility is the culprit 33% of the time. So, my doctor gave me a semen analysis. The results were not good, physically or psychologically. It turns out I was the cause of our infertility, and that was a crushing blow to my self-esteem.

In the following three years, I’ve been to two other general practitioners, four urologists, and have had no less than 20 semen analyses performed. Pretty much all for nothing but a lot of medical bills. Each doctor blamed my infertility on something different and nothing was working.

My Semen Parameters Were All Jacked Up

It was obvious, based on my semen parameters, that I was the cause of our infertility. Let’s take a look at what healthy semen parameters look like, and how mine compared.

Semen Volume

A healthy amount of ejaculate produced during intercourse is in the 2-5ml range. My semen volume was consistently low and never more than 1ml.

Sperm Count

Sperm count reflects the amount of sperm found in semen. A healthy sperm count is in the range of 15-million to 200-million sperm per milliliter (ml) of semen. My sperm count never even reached 10-million sperm per milliliter of semen.

Total Sperm Motility

Sperm motility means that the sperm is healthy enough to move on its own, which is required for egg fertilization. To be considered fertile, at least 40% of the sperm in ejaculate should be motile (moving). The best I ever tested was 22% sperm motility.

Sperm Morphology

Sperm morphology refers to the shape of sperm. If all, or most, of your sperm is misshapen, it can affect your fertility. Healthy sperm morphology is in the range of 4%-14% of normally shaped sperm per ejaculate. I went from 2% all the way down to 0%. And not one doctor could tell me what to do about it.

Semen Color

Semen should normally be white or light grey in color. If you’re unable to conceive and continuously notice that your semen is darker, or off-color, this could be the reason for your infertility. Luckily, for all of my semen problems, semen color wasn’t one of them.

Semen PH

Another cause for male infertility is semen with too high, or too low, PH. The normal PH levels for healthy sperm fall in the 7.1-8.0 range. Anything outside of that could be cause for male infertility. Mine always fell within the healthy range, so that wasn’t the cause of my infertility.

Sperm Vitality

Sperm vitality measures the amount of live sperm in semen. The average sperm vitality range for healthy sperm is 58%-91% live sperm. I never made it above 30%.

After Three Years Of Infertility, We Gave Up All Hope

The more semen analyses I had, it seemed the worse the results would get. Eventually, my sperm count and morphology were so poor that even in vitro fertilization (IVF) was off of the table. To say that we were despondent would be a huge understatement. We had given up hope of ever starting our own family.

And it’s here, at our lowest point since I was first diagnosed with male infertility, that a call came in that would change our lives forever. The receptionist at a urology clinic I had gone to previously wanted to see if I could come in and talk to my old doctor. He wanted to discuss a new treatment he was seeing good results with. Based on my previous semen analysis, he thought I would be a good candidate.

We were in low spirits and tired of spending money on infertility treatments. At this point, the realization we couldn’t have children together had put a crushing strain on our marriage. We were all out of options and figured we really didn’t have anything else to lose. We went ahead and scheduled the consultation. We are thankful every day that we did.

VigRx’s Fertility Factor 5 and its Effect on Sperm Quality

In my consultation, my doctor explained to me that he and one of his colleagues had patients that were taking a daily supplement that seemed to be improving their sperm health. Each of these patients was seeing improved results on their semen analyses, but the doctors couldn’t be sure if it was because of this supplement, or just a coincidence. So, he and his colleague wanted to devise a small study to test its efficacy.

The doctor explained to us that this daily supplement, VigRx’s Fertility Factor 5, was formulated with five all-natural ingredients. Each one of the ingredients has been involved in numerous clinical studies, and have been proven to:

  • Improve Sperm Population (Count)
  • Improve Sperm Morphology (Shape)
  • Improve Sperm Motility (Movement)
  • Improve Spermatogenesis (Development)
  • Increase Semen Volume

Since these were the exact parameters that were causing my infertility, he asked that I be a part of his study.

I was very skeptical. I assumed that this was just the clinic’s way of removing more of our money from our bank accounts. We were assured that there would be no cost to us. The consultations, semen analyses, and the daily supplement would all be covered by the clinic. Again, we really had nothing to lose. Nothing has worked so far, though, so we weren’t about to get our hopes up.

A Closer Look at VigRx’s Fertility Factor 5

We had never heard of Fertility Factor 5 from VigRx prior to this consultation, so as soon as we got home, we did some research. The manufacturers of Fertility Factor 5 claim that their all-natural supplement can improve semen parameters, overall.

It does so with the following ingredients.

Tongkat Ali LJ100

A patented botanical extract that was created by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). It has been clinically proven to improve semen volume and sperm count, shape, and movement.

Panax Ginseng

An herb grown in Asia that has been identified as an aphrodisiac. Clinical studies have shown that Panax ginseng can boost sexual performance, help with erectile dysfunction, increase sperm count, and improve sperm motility.

Zinc

Zinc is considered an essential element for healthy sperm. It has been studied and determined to improve sperm vitality and motility.

Selenium

Selenium is an essential mineral with antioxidant properties. It protects sperm from the oxidizing effect of free radicals and has been shown to improve all sperm and semen parameters.

BioPerine

This is a black pepper extract that was added to Fertility Factor 5 because of its ability to improve the absorption rates of nutrients in the body.

My First 90 Days Taking Fertility Factor 5

After agreeing to participate in the study, I was given what my doctor called my “baseline” semen analysis and a 30-day supply of Fertility Factor 5. After a few days, I received the results of my baseline:

  • Sperm Volume – 0.8ml (low)
  • Total Sperm Count – 8.5 million (low)
  • Total Sperm Motility – 18% (low)
  • Sperm Morphology – 1.8% (low)
  • Semen PH – 7.5 (normal)
  • Semen Color – Opaque (normal)
  • Sperm Vitality – 23% (low)

The results were no surprise. I was still infertile, and I had little hope that this supplement was going to change anything. I was desperate, though. Even if my sperm parameters improved just a little bit, maybe I would qualify for IVF treatments again.

Day 1-30 of Fertility Factor 5

My first month on Fertility Factor 5 was pretty uneventful. I took one pill a day, every day that month. As per my doctor’s instructions, I kept the same diet, sleep schedule, and workout routine. Not much changed, and I wasn’t feeling any different. As far as I could tell, I wasn’t experiencing any adverse side effects, so I was pretty happy about that.

At the end of the 30-days, I returned to the clinic for another semen analysis and another month’s supply of Fertility Factor 5. Here were the results I received a few days later:

  • Sperm Volume – 0.9ml (Better, but still low)
  • Total Sperm Count – 9 million (Better, but still low)
  • Total Sperm Motility – 19% (Better, but still low)
  • Sperm Morphology – 1.8% (Same)
  • Semen PH – 7.5 (normal)
  • Semen Color – Opaque (normal)
  • Sperm Vitality – 25% (Better, but still low)

I was not impressed with the results. Some of the parameters had improved, but not by much at all. I was pretty frustrated to tell you the truth. I immediately called my doctor to find out what he thought. He explained that it would take time for results, and to stick with it. I reluctantly agreed and continued taking my pills.

Day 31-61 of Fertility Factor 5

This month was pretty much the same as the previous month. Again, I didn’t experience any adverse side effects throughout the second month.

On day 61, it was back to the clinic for another semen analysis. This time, things went a little better. Here are the results:

  • Sperm Volume – 1.4ml (A personal best)
  • Total Sperm Count – 11 million (Another personal best)
  • Total Sperm Motility – 26% (Another personal best, and by a lot)
  • Sperm Morphology – 3% (Much better and nearing a healthy number)
  • Semen PH – 7.5 (Unchanged yet in the normal range)
  • Semen Color – white (normal)
  • Sperm Vitality – 40% (Another personal best and a huge improvement)

My wife and I were dumbstruck when we got the results back. Every single one of my semen parameters had improved drastically after just two months of taking Fertility Factor 5. My wife just stared at the results in disbelief, then started crying. I have to admit I shed a tear or two myself. This was the first good news we had heard about my infertility in over three years.

Day 61-91 of Fertility Factor 5

This was a rough month for us. We were blown away by our results from my last semen analysis. We had to keep our emotions in check and not get our hopes up too far. We’ve been dealing with this for years now, and the thought that there might actually be a light at the end of this long tunnel was a lot to take in.

On day 91, we were back in for my final semen analysis. The doctor told us after the analysis that the study was now over, but that if we wanted, he could give us another 3-month supply of Fertility Factor 5. We accepted.

The next three days were the longest of our lives. The results finally came in:

  • Sperm Volume – 2.8ml (considered healthy)
  • Total Sperm Count – 14 million (a huge improvement over baseline and nearing healthy range)
  • Total Sperm Motility – 40% (a huge improvement over baseline and nearing healthy range)
  • Sperm Morphology – 6% (Now in the healthy range)
  • Semen PH – 7.5 (Unchanged yet in the normal range)
  • Semen Color – white (normal)
  • Sperm Vitality – 65% (Nearly triple my baseline and in the healthy range)

We were elated. Over three years of struggling with male infertility, and in three short months, I was, for all intents and purposes, fertile. It was time to get to work.

Month 4 of Fertility Factor 5

Three weeks into my fourth month of taking Fertility Factor 5, I was sitting in bed watching a movie. From the bathroom, I hear a squeal that could have woken the dead. I ran into the bathroom and found my wife sitting on the floor. Thinking the worst, I ask if everything is ok. And that’s when she showed it to me; a pregnancy test with a positive result.

6-Months Pregnant and All is Well

Sitting on that bathroom floor, holding my crying wife was the best day of my life. I honestly don’t think it would have happened without Fertility Factor 5. I watched the gradual improvements in my semen analyses each month I took it, and the results now speak for themselves.

She’s six months along now. My supply of Fertility Factor 5 from my doctor has since been depleted, but I was able to resupply directly from the Fertility Factor 5 website. I plan to keep taking the daily pill, and we’re going to hope a our second child doesn’t take nearly as long to conceive as our first.

If you’re struggling with male infertility, I strongly recommend Fertility Factor 5. It has completely changed our lives for the better.  If you’ve tried Fertility Factor 5, let us know how it worked for you in the comments below!
